DVR Placement & Training
Megan chose the Employment & Training Association as her DVR vendor for training, job development, job coaching and work experience. Megan currently volunteers at the Dane County Job Center while pursuing her Human Services degree.

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) is a part of the State of Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development.
The goal of this division is to:
- Provide employment services and counseling to people with disabilities.
- Provide or arrange for services to enable an individual to go to work.
- Provide training and technical assistance to employers regarding disability employment issues.
The Employment & Training Association (EATA) provides employment placement and training services to DVR consumers. Services available to these job seekers include job search assistance, job development and placement, skills assessments, labor market and career information.
